My personal set of playing cards
For this creation, produced in my first year for a graphic design course, I was asked to propose a personal graphic interpretation of 3 playing card figures. I had to stick to the usual 4 colours (black, red, yellow and blue), using shades and proportions of my own choosing, as well as a symmetrical layout, which I opted to make oblique.
For the theme, I obviously went with some iconic figures from the pop music industry: the King is represented by Michael Jackson, the Queen by Miley Cyrus and the Jack by Stromae.
